JeM Commander, Two Security Men Among 8 Killed In Grenade Attack In Kashmir
Jacob Cherian - All Headline News Staff Writer Srinagar, Kashmir (AHN) - A commander of the Pakistan based Haish-e-Mohammad (JeM) and two security officers were among eight people killed in Jammu and Kashmir in a grenade attack on Wednesday. Ten others including a militant who threw the grenade were injured. An official spokesman also revealed militants kidnapped four people overnight. He said a total of four infiltrators were killed by security forces in the Gurez sector as of Tuesday night. While another was killed in the same location on Wednesday. Security forces also averted what could have been a major tragedy when they recovered a live grenade from a bus at the Narbal crossing in the Srinagari-Baramulla road.
