50 People Adducted by Gunmen

Baghdad, Iraq (AHN) - The head of Iraq's national Olympic committee is reportedly among 50 people kidnapped by gunmen during a meeting in Baghdad.

Police say Ahmed al-Hadjiya along with 21 of his bodyguards and around 30 of the country's athletes were kidnapped by gunmen wearing camouflage.

The Iraqi Olympic Committee was previously headed by Saddam Hussein's son Uday.
