2 Soldiers Of Coalition Force Killed In Taliban Attack
Som Patidar - All Headline News Staff Writer Kabul, Afghanistan (AHN) - Two British soldiers of US-led coalition forces were killed when their base was attacked by the militants belonging to Taliban in Helmand province on Saturday. The spokesman for the British forces at Helmand, Lieutenant Rob Hunt told All India Radio that the two soldiers belonging to the Parachute Regiment died when the militants engaged the base with small arms fire and rocket propelled grenades. Yesterday the militants attacked the Canadian main base in Kandahar with rocket propelled grenades in which 10 people including seven coalition soldiers were injured. Two of the Canadian soldiers are considered to be serious and are being shifted to US hospital in Landstuhl, Germany for further treatment, the report said.
