Three Killed, 11 Hurt, In Pakistani Blast
Nidhi Sharma - All Headline News Contributor Quetta, Pakista (AHN) - On Monday, a road blast in the Pakistani town of Quetta killed three people and wounded 11. A senior Quetta police official Zahid Afaq told Reuters, "The explosion went off near a hotel. At the moment, we have received three bodies and 11 injured. The numbers of casualties could be high as injured are being brought to hospitals." Quetta is the capital of Baluchistan province where autonomy-seeking militants are battling the government for greater control of gas resources. The cause of the blast is yet to be identified.
