Israel Launches Missile Attacks On Gaza

Gaza City (AHN) - Israeli aircrafts on Wednesday fired missiles at a facility of the militant Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), after it claimed the responsibility for firing nine rockets at an Israeli town on Tuesday.

According to witnesses, missiles were also fired at a street in northern Gaza. Although no one was hurt, witnesses had said that the target was a launching area for rockets aimed at Israel.

Residents also reported that Israeli aircrafts later fired three more missiles at empty fields.

The attacks happened as the political deadlock and violence between the Palestinians' two leading political factions continued to brew in Gaza.
