Somali Violence Kills 13
Som Patidar - All Headline News Contributor Mogadishu, Somalia (AHN) - At least 13 people were killed as new battle broke out in Somalia's capital of Mogadishu. According to a news channel, the militia of the Islamic Courts attacked and captured a garage where their rivals loyal to a group of secular were based in the country's northeast. More than 200 people, mainly civilians, have died in the recent fighting. About 1,500 people have sought treatment at Mogadishu hospitals for injuries sustained during the fighting since the beginning of this year, Associated Press reported.
