Tribunal Withdraws Confidentiality Of Milesovic Health File
Nji Che - All Headline News Contributor Amsterdam, The Netherlands (AHN) - The U.N. tribunal that prosecuted former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic on Thursday lifted the confidentiality order placed on his health file. The court ruled there was no need to protect pleadings and medical reports from the public. Milesovic's son requested the file after his father died in March. The deceased lawyers also requested the court to release the content of the documents to the public. On Wednesday, the court pronounced the finding of an investigation that said Milesovic died of natural reasons. The probe suggested he died from heart attack, ruling out alleged media reports that speculated he died from either poisoning or suicide.
