New Delhi, India (AHN)-- With Islamabad refusing to agree on the authentication of its troop's position on the Siachen Glacier, the talks between India and Pakistan have failed. However, the two countries decided to continue with the ceasefire. Press Trust of India reports that the two countries issued a joint statement in which they agreed to continue the negotiations to resolve the 22-year-old conflict. Pakistan and India reaffirmed their commitment to continue the ceasefire in Siachen, which has been in place since November 2003.
