Jakarta, Indonesia (AHN) - A top terror suspect on the run in Indonesia will face the ire of Southeast Asian countries as they swap intelligence and information to expedite his capture.

Fugitive Noordin Top is considered to be the foremost strategist and recruiter of al-Qaida-linked Jemaah Islamiyah.

The Philippine Star reports that authorities are also relying on public information.

"We still need information from the public because we cannot be at peace until he has been captured. He is a threat to our countries," the paper reports.
