Nigeria (AHN) - Six policemen have been killed in the Nigerian oil capital of Port Harcourt. Their bullet-riddled bodies were found floating in a river in the city. Officials will not specify who they suspect is responsible for the attacks and no group has yet claimed responsibility. Militants have recently staged a series of attacks in the region, pushing demands that local people benefit more from oil wealth. Last week, three foreign oil workers were briefly kidnapped in the city and a man from the U.S. was shot and killed.
